Lead Android Developer

Develop Android-based mobile applications according to requests from the Project Owner and Marketing.
Manage the Android development team consisting of 3-5 members.
Oversee the progress of projects assigned to the team.
Participate in analyzing and designing application architecture and business workflows based on requests from the Project Owner and Marketing.
Engage in researching and developing concepts, POC modules, and demonstrating feasibility for specific technological challenges.
Review, analyze, evaluate, and optimize code written by junior/fresher members.
Collaborate with related teams to operate projects according to the defined process.
Explore and propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and enhance work efficiency.
Freedom to research new technologies and propose ideas to contribute to projects.
Assist in mentoring and training new members.

At least 3 years of experience in Android programming (Java Android, Kotlin).
Previous experience leading a team of 2 or more members.
Strong understanding of fundamental Android technologies (Activity/Service/View System, Resource, Storage, Thread Handling, Jetpack, Firebase, Dagger).
Knowledge of software architecture (proficient in one of MVP, MVVM architectures).
Familiar with Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
Ability to research and explore new technologies.
Skilled in setting up base projects.
Understanding of Web and Cloud technologies is a plus.
Proficient in self-research and reading specialized English technical documentation.
Passionate, proactive, with strong teamwork and independent working skills.
Enthusiastic about product development.
Experience in leading and training members is a significant advantage.

Location: Golden West Building, No. 2 Le Van Thiem, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
Hours: 8:30 – 18:00, 1:30′ lunch break, working from Monday to Friday.
