Operational work:

• Research, market surveys and analyze users and products.
• Plan and deploy advertising campaigns to attract users for Mobile App/Game through many channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity, Ironsource, ...
• Analyze and evaluate advertising indicators (CPM, CPI, IPM...), optimize advertising effectiveness, bring in high quality users.
• Come up with creative ideas for the Video editor/Playable Ads team.
• Monitor and analyze reports to make product improvement recommendations
• Communicate and coordinate with different departments/partners to ensure Marketing programs and plans are implemented effectively.

Development work:

• Research and develop new advertising techniques.
• Have the opportunity to operate a large budget of $200k/month
• Comprehensive understanding of Digital Platform and digital marketing planning
• Equipped with customer conversion thinking and in-depth advertising optimization
• Improve your data-based working mindset

• Have at least 1 year of experience running and large budget scale with advertising channels Google, Facebook, TikTok...
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, App Annie, Sensor Tower is a plus - training is not available
• Proficient in using basic design tools such as Canva, Capcut.
• Having knowledge about the mobile app/game market is a plus
• Love to play mobile games is a plus
• Good data analysis and evaluation skills
• Creative and proactive in work
• Dynamic, able to withstand high work pressure
